About me.

Work.

With 12+ years of experience at the intersection of music and technology, I’m an award-winning senior music executive, who has worked with some of the world’s most exciting music talents and brands.

I’ve led award-winning, chart-topping and critically-acclaimed music marketing campaigns for some of the world’s hottest emerging and established artists, including Arlo Parks, Bicep, Bonobo, FKA twigs, Four Tet, Fontaines D.C., Ghetts, Giggs, IDLES, Robyn, Sigrid, TSHA, Wet Leg and many more. I’ve also worked for and with some of the most innovative and successful record labels and music brands, including Spotify, Ninja Tune, Domino Records, Island Records, Warp Records, The Orchard, Believe and Ministry of Sound.

I’ve worked at Spotify since 2017, where my current role is Market Strategy & Operations. As part of Spotify UK & Ireland’s Leads Team, this role involves working alongside the Managing Director and local functional leads to define, execute and evaluate Spotify’s business strategy and performance in the UK & Ireland.

When I’m not spending far too much time being a total nerd gawking at some kind of screen, I love travelling, exploring and spending time in nature, usually attempting to take half decent photos while I’m at it.

I sometimes indulge my lifelong passion for horse-riding, and often wonder if it’s too late to become an Olympic-level showjumper. Or a globetrotting DJ - I have a lifelong obsession with dance and electronic music.

My favourite thing, though, is exploring new places and having new adventures, in all shapes and forms. These days, that often includes my very cheeky Labrador, Indy

The Rest.

As someone who is constantly in the process of learning how to live a healthier and happier life while navigating instances of clinical depression and generalised anxiety disorder, I’m a passionate advocate for improving mental health and wellbeing, both inside and outside of the workplace. I’m a Global Ambassador for Spotify’s program for employee mental health and wellbeing, Heart & Soul, and a certified Mental Health First Aider.

I’m also a curious human with a strong focus on lifelong learning and seeking to understand, define and communicate insights. I’m particularly fascinated by the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, emotion and behaviour, and how we can apply learnings and research in these areas to improve our health and happiness. You’ll often find me reading books and articles and listening to podcasts on all of these subjects and more.
